Purpose:	
Notes:		This is a special package intended for transmission only when magnetospheric conditions are favorable.  If conditions remain favorable, SI86G may be repeated in order to take full advantage of the event.  If hiss is present, FSET should be set approximately 100 Hz above the upper cutoff of the hiss band.  Otherwise, FSET may be set to whatever default value is normally in effect.

Additional notes:
Favorable magnetic conditions are:
	PC1M1: PC1 magnetic pulsations should be visible on the ULF chart.
	SULFA: Precipitation should be visible.  Riometer data, magnetic pulsations, or other indications of this should be present.
	FRAHI: Strong echoing shoudl be visible.
LM should be on stable recorer (Sony system) if possible for PC1M1.
Ensure ULF chart is running for SULFA
